Day 1 CPT Offered
Alliant International University offers an opportunity for its students to begin their Curricular Practical Training (CPT) right from the first day. This is also referred to as Day 1 CPT. During the initial academic year, students have the option to work and study part-time or full-time. In the subsequent year after graduation, they can work full-time as part of Optional Practical Training (OPT). This structure allows students to gain work experience in their internships while pursuing their American degree.

These programs offer both paid and unpaid positions, helping you build your resume and establish connections in your chosen field. Many of our programs are offered in a hybrid format, giving you the flexibility to attend classes online while having the chance to meet everyone in-person. Day 1 CPT (Curricular Practical Training) is offered in all programs, allowing eligible international students to begin working in their field from the start of their program. This gives immediate access to practical work experience, ensuring that your education is complemented by professional development right from the beginning.
