Hands-on Experience
Throughout the program, you will gain practical experience in organizational leadership. For example, you will use our ConsultEX and Career Architect programs. You’ll apply that knowledge to projects within your own organization. Alternatively, you may solve real issues for our partner organizations.

To keep you competitive, we host regular AI-intensive sessions. We also partner with AI-focused companies to provide guest lectures and internships. Consequently, these opportunities deliver a deeper understanding of AI’s impact on leadership.
Accelerated Timeline
An accelerated timeline allows you to complete the program in three to four years. Typically, you begin with two years of leadership studies and coursework. Then, you move on to your dissertation research. Since classes are in the evenings and on weekends, you can easily work while you learn.
Leadership Style and Skill
How would you describe your leadership style? In this program, you’ll explore types such as authentic, transactional, and transformational leadership. By doing so, you will define and refine your own professional style.
You’ll study cultural and behavioral aspects from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Moreover, you’ll learn how great leaders attract and coach successful followers. What should I expect the dissertation process to be like?
The dissertation process occupies the final year-and-a-half of your curriculum. Starting in your 11th term, you will begin your dissertation work while completing your internship. Then, from your 12th term through your 18th term, you will focus solely on research. Finally, you will present your work before an academic review board. Notably, the dissertation accounts for 12 of the 60 credits in this program.
