The Executive MBA in Hospitality Management provides students the opportunity to obtain an MBA delivered executive-style for one year and work in hospitality management for two years at one of our partner hotels. Thanks to grants and an interest-free payment plan, we have created an affordable masters degree in hospitality management for students looking forward to studying and working in the United States.
This MBA in hospitality management is offered at both the Los Angeles and San Diego campus at Alliant International University. It is taught in an executive format: online synchronous weekly classes + in-person class sessions once a month*.
*(2 to 3 days in-person attendance on weekends or weekdays to be decided)
In their first year, students work part-time (up to 20 hours/week) while studying toward their MBA and receive a salary to help pay for their tuition.
In their second year, students work full-time to enhance their experience through practical training. Most students will earn middle management positions.

Grant/Tuition reduction offered by EduConnect USA and Alliant International University
$6,000 grant/tuition reduction offered with tuition paid in bi-weekly installments over 24 months instead of 12 months.
Additional grant from hotel partners
Many participating hotel employers offer an added grant, which further reduces bi-weekly payments.

The program is an eight-week term program and is open for enrollment during those enrollment periods. The enrollment periods for this program are January, May and August.
The Executive-Style MBA degree takes one year to complete. The students have training opportunities in their second year.
The total tuition for this program is $26,640. After a grant/reduction of $6,708, the total tuition is $20,640. Students pay a $3,130 registration fee and 48 bi-weekly installments of $359. Grants offered by participating hotels may reduce bi-weekly payments further.
